🔁 Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Seatnova. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing.


🎟️ All Sales Are Final

All ticket sales through Seatnova are final. Once your order is confirmed, no cancellations, exchanges, or refunds will be granted by the buyer for any reason, including change of plans or inability to attend.

Seatnova operates as an independent ticket reseller, and tickets are sourced from third-party suppliers and trusted partners. As such, we are unable to offer refunds initiated by the buyer.


📅 Event Cancellations

If an event is officially cancelled (not postponed or rescheduled), you may be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price. Service fees, processing fees, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

To request a refund for a cancelled event:

  • You must return any hard-copy or shipped tickets (if applicable) in unused condition.

  • Requests must be made within 10 business days of the official cancellation notice.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.


🔁 Postponed or Rescheduled Events

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your original ticket will remain valid for the new date. No refund will be issued.

If you cannot attend the new date, you may contact us and we will do our best to assist you with ticket resale options via consignment, when possible.


📩 Delivery Issues or Delayed Access

Tickets are usually delivered between 72 and 48 hours before the event, depending on the organizer and format (electronic, mobile transfer, etc.).

Seatnova is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incomplete or incorrect buyer information

  • Spam filters blocking ticket emails

  • Issues with ticket platforms (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS)

  • Mobile app login issues

If you have not received your ticket 24 hours before the event, please contact us immediately at contact@seatnova.com.


Ticket Guarantee

We stand behind the validity of every ticket sold. If you are denied entry at the venue due to an issue with your ticket:

  • You must notify us immediately via email and provide proof.

  • We will investigate and, if the issue is confirmed, we may issue a replacement ticket or a full refund.


🧾 Incorrect Orders

In case of ticket delivery error (wrong event, date, or seat):

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the ticket (or 1 hour for instant digital delivery).

  • We will do our best to correct the issue or offer an equivalent replacement.

  • If no replacement is available, we may offer a refund.


⚠️ No Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Event changes (lineup, venue, time, supporting acts)

  • Ticket delivery delays outside our control

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets

  • Non-compliance with venue or entry policies (e.g., ID requirements, COVID rules)

  • Buyer error (incorrect email, wrong event selected)
