Seatnova is an independent ticket reseller. We are not affiliated with any official box office, event organizers, venues, artists, sports teams, or governing bodies. All tickets sold through our platform are provided by third-party suppliers or partners.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website and to purchase tickets through Seatnova. By using the site, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Ticket Marketplace and Pricing

  • All ticket prices are set by third-party sellers and may be above or below face value, based on market demand.

  • We do not guarantee the face value of any ticket.

  • Pricing is dynamic and subject to change without notice until your order is confirmed.

4. Order Confirmation and Payment

6. All Sales Are Final

  • If an event is cancelled, you may be eligible for a refund, excluding delivery fees, provided tickets are returned within the required timeframe.

  • If an event is rescheduled or postponed, tickets remain valid and are non-refundable.

7. Ticket Authenticity Guarantee

  • Seatnova takes reasonable steps to ensure the authenticity of tickets sold through its platform.

  • In the rare event of entry being denied due to ticket invalidity, and upon verification, we may issue a refund.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Use bots or automated software to buy tickets.

  • Sell tickets without owning them (speculative selling).

  • Provide false or misleading personal or payment information.

  • Circumvent security features of the website.

  • Violate any local or international ticketing/resale laws.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or legal action.

14. Disputes and Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.

  • Any dispute arising from your use of the site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Bernalillo County, NM.
